CLIENT: JPMorgan Chase & Co., USA
INFO: On a partnership basis Archer Software and Runtime Technologies implemented Brand Asset Management (BAM) system at JPMorgan Chase – a leading financial services company with global scale and reach. BAM makes managing brands easier, more effective, and cost-efficient because of 4 advantages: 1) Features/Functionality; 2) Architecture/Infrastructure; 3) Open Source; 4) Software as a Service (SaaS).
2008: as marketing processes grow in quality and quantity a need for BAM system appears at JP Morgan Chase
2009: – the system is implemented and used by almost 1000 company’s marketing managers
– JP Morgan’s marketing budget dropped 8% (!) due to the usage of BAM
– JPM Corporate Brand Manager says: “It’s awesome: delivered fast, fits my budget, easy to use. Cuts my admin time by 50%"
CLIENT: United States Golf Association, USA
INFO: On a partnership basis Archer Software and Runtime Technologies had IT works done for USGA concerning their website, payment system etc.
2009: USGA’s web portal embracing all the needed information and operations starts to get major support from our team.
2011: – major front end and back end support keeps USGA’s website running smoothly
– web portal is debugged by Archer solely
– USGA’s payment system is made completely PCI compliant
– Archer developed the support services for eClubhouse and eGolfer projects with up to 300K users
– due to the website’s constant growth it is planned to be redesigned and its base technology – changed
CLIENT: Columbia Law School, USA
INFO: On a partnership basis Archer Software and Runtime Technologies are running the project named “Best Online Registration Informational System” (B.O.R.I.S) – a conversion of an existing desktop application to a web-based application.
Oct.2010: Columbia Law School considers the conversion of a proprietary desktop solution (developed on PowerBuilder) to the open-source web application (Java).
July.2011: – Archer Software won Columbia Law School’s tender in January 2011
– The biggest core module is developed, two more are being designed
– The system will become easier to use, maintain and upgrade, and its security level will also be increased
– Release is planned for Dec.2011
CLIENT: iPass Inc., USA
INFO: IDshield is a strong authentication business solution developed by Safe3W company (became a part of iPass Inc. later). Not only did the company have this product, but they also investigated how to reach the market with reduced development cost. The only thing they needed was a trustworthy partner and a number of strategically-important integration projects to be implemented.
2003: Safe3W partnered with Archer Software for the custom implementation of RADIUS server.
2005: – Archer Software completed over 10 R&D projects for IDshield’s 360° integration
– one of the first results was IDshield’s full RFC compliance
– IDshield was connected with CISCO’s services and got its own customizing settings in Win XP
– IDshield became the world’s leading authentication solution
– popular remote security vendor iPass decided to include IDshield technology platform in iPass solution
– The entire solution including the critical parts written by Archer was highly evaluated by iPass engineers
– iPass made Safe3W their own part (Oct.2004) and was later working with Archer on several projects.
CLIENT: Smartling Inc., USA
INFO: Smartling is a startup that builds an online real-time service for web-sites translation. The key objective is to provide highly professional and rapid translation services with the help of Smartling Translations Delivery Network (TDN). Smartling System is a high performance cloud-based platform for full real-time translation (localization) of customer’s website content. It provides a combination of different levels of translation quality: professional human translation, crowdsource and machine-translation.
2009: the project started from tight cooperation with a team of only 2 people: Smartling founder and Archer’s leading architect.
2011: - over $4M investment

CLIENT: SpaFinder Inc., USA
INFO: SpaFinder – one of our enterprise-level customers – is a media company dedicated to the global spa marketplace. They promote well-being experiences through vertical search, magazines/directories, reservation technology and gift programs. They also stimulate industry growth by connecting consumers and providers everywhere, every day. In total Archer has launched around 20 projects with SpaFinder. The largest are:
1) SpaWish project (a web-based application for online purchase of spa-certificates);
2) Redesign of SpaFinder’s web-site;
3) CMS works (adding new features, SEO, etc.);
4) Instant Gift Certificates project (development of online-system selling certificates to be used in spa institutions around the globe)
2009: SpaFinder has more IT-needs than their IT dept. can possibly process; Archer’s team of 3 people.
2011: – Archer’s team created SpaWish (PCI compliant e-commerce solution; SEO; social integration)
– SpaFinder became able to expand and diversify its brand with the new powerful SpaWish web-app
– SpaFinder’s main site went through major redesign and refactoring

CLIENT: Ignite Ltd., Israel
INFO: VINC is a desktop platform for educational presentations, consisting of Creator and Player apps to build and view a step-by-step interactive training that includes images, audio files, movies and animations. Similar web-apps and server-side supporting services are to be created and established. Key objective is to provide technical writers and graphic designers with a cost-effective collaborative platform for easy creation of sophisticated interactive training presentations.
2009: VINC starts as an idea produced by two talented Israeli developers; Archer’s team is 3 people
2011: – VINC has invested a year of development
– Cymer medical company established partnership with VINC
– wide line of VINC’s desktop and online products
– prototypes are created for mobile devices
– team of the project consists of 14 extremely talented developers and analysts
– we work on RIA, web-based, desktop and mobile technologies
CLIENT: ZangZing, LLC; USA
INFO: ZangZing is a Ruby-on-Rails website for photo sharing. Users can create albums, add pictures, and share with friends. In addition to uploading pictures directly from their computers, users will be able to import photos they have already uploaded to other services, like Flickr and Kodak Galleries.
2010: ZangZing started as a startup with 3 people’s team on Archer’s side
2011: – the team features “star” Ruby-on-Rails developer
– the team commands high loyalty to the client (proved during couple hectic rushes)
– successfully released, the project is now being supported and upgraded
– all the quality assurance is done on Archer’s side (including auto-testing)
– client sympathizes with the team, gladly participating in the team’s life

CLIENT: Cantaloupe Systems, Inc., USA
INFO: The System is a web application that supports and processes data received from special devices installed in vending machines. The system consists of 4 main applications: Seed 2 (Aeon), Seed Root, Seed Management, Seed Sync, and 20 service projects: DB backup manager, DB version manager, Web Commander.

CLIENT: Wivion B.V., Netherlands
INFO: Wivion is a Dutch company specializing in the automation solutions implementation in manufacturing and agriculture. Wivion is directly engaged in the development of automation equipment; Archer’s part is the software. Archer and Wivion have launched and still support over 10 projects automating farms, flower warehouses, welding production, cutting and drilling processes.
2007: Wivion starts collaborating with Archer, launching several projects.
2011:
– FeedingSystem project is constantly upgraded and implemented at over 10 large farms
– PillowPlate, ProWork and AWS projects are implemented on several enterprises
– PlantWarehouse project is being finished: software is complete, equipment is almost ready
– Wivion has increased its staff

CLIENT: Medoc Ltd., Israel
INFO: Medoc is a leading developer and manufacturer of neuro-diagnostic medical systems used to assess and monitor acute and chronic pain. The company's products are based on technologies that test and evaluate the function of small and large peripheral sensory nerve fibers – an important value added tool for the burgeoning pain management market. Their “Pathway” line of pain and sensory evaluation presents an advanced computerized thermal stimulator system designed for neurological and pain research.
2006: Archer Software supports the project in its primary phase.
2011: - modules and hardware-software integration systems of major importance were developed
- client application and interface was created and now is actively supported
- a brand new device was created and added to Medoc Main Station at Archer Software
- Medoc Main Station is brought to a much more effective and safer level
- IEC 62304 standard is fully implemented
- Medoc has reached new markets
CLIENT: Degem Systems Holdings Ltd., Israel
INFO: Key objective of the system is to provide end users with a software training tool, deeply integrated with the learning course and specific hardware to make trainings more educational and visual. This is solved by developing test app and main application for training courses in automobile area: multipoint injection, airbags, pressure & electrical system, brakes etc.
2008: an idea of the new software/hardware integrated course appears.
2011: – project involved 8K man hours
– 2+ years of work under FP model

– product combines C# Win 32bit application (.NET Framework 3.5) and Adobe Flash app.
– we’ve created not only the app but all software for the provided non-OS hardware (protocols, APIs, UIs)
