Customer Support Specialist

The product is a P2P exotic car sharing platform. We bring together exotic car owners, with responsible drivers. We are seeking a person who will assist us providing support by answering questions about the process, provide clarification when errors occur, and provide assistance and escalation services when accidents or fraud occurs.

Profile

We are seeking a person with proven experience providing great customer care to affluent people. This includes exotic car owners and exotic car renters who can pay on average $1000+ to rent a car per day.

Must Haves:

  • Great English skills (spoken and written)
  • Proven customer care experience
  • Good analytical judgment to identify potential fraudulent situations (ex: aggressive driving, criminal intent)
  • Good understanding of exotic cars
  • Good sales skills to lead exotic car owners to list their cars and for responsible drivers to rent available cars
  • Experience with Intercom.io
  • Great internet access to support VoIP, and Skype training sessions
