  • Every project has an assigned project manager who speaks English and is available to answer any questions or concerns.

Tight contact with the customer

  • We arrange visits onsite when it is helpful for project execution. It is 2-3 hours flying time from our site to most of European capitals, and 2 hours 40 min to Ben-Gurion airport in Tel-Aviv.
  • Our local time is GMT+2. This makes possible convenient and effective cooperation with European and Israel customers during their workday. We are still working when the US customers come online.
 

Control

  • Using ArcherSoft ProducerTM software our customers can access the thorough status of any project (web-access to project status, daily detailed email reports, MS Project integration, Excel composite reports).
  • We respect our customers’ intellectual property and keep all information private. Needless to say we always sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
