Victoria Kodenets, VP Business Development
Victoria is responsible for business development, research and marketing. She joined Archer Software in 2008, bringing her more than 16 years of experience of professional communication, 10 of them – in client servicing, sales and business development.
Victoria's communication experience is rather wide: she has worked in educational establishments, newspapers, light industry enterprises etc. Archer’s development on the enterprise level has opened new horizons with her.
Victoria holds a Master's Degree in Translation and Foreign Literature Teaching from Zhitomir Teachers’ College (Zhitomir).

Anton Novikov, CEO
Anton Novikov is dedicated to tactical realization of Archer Software’s strategies “in the field”. Anton joined Archer in 2009 as a new challenging opportunity on his professional path. He made a great contribution to the Archer Software's global crisis overcome.
Anton has 14 years of experience in every sphere of the IT industry: always bringing innovations, harmonizing the workflow, boosting growth and making improvements.
Prior to "Archer", Anton worked for different IT companies specializing in e-messaging, e-commerce, social networks, software development, web-solutions, telecommunications etc.
Anton holds B.A. degrees in Psychology and English Language and Literature from Dnepropetrovsk National University (Ukraine) and also an MBA degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine).

Alexey Tulin, President
Alexey Tulin is focused on strategy. With Alexey's leadership, "Archer" has grown from its infancy to thriving growth.
Alexey has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning system analysis, security, web services, enterprise software, computer telephony integration and software development methodology.
Before Archer, he worked for American, Israeli and Ukrainian companies. He has participated in more than 20 successful software projects at various technical and management positions.
Alexey holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Dnepropetrovsk National University, Ukraine. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Olga Klimova, Head of PMO
Olga is the person who takes care of processes, people and the mutual integration of these two. Her activity is dedicated to constant improvement of Archer Process and how it is realized in practice. Olga also assists client–team communication, combining crisis management and preventive actions. Being a head of Software Engineering Process Group she is one of the key figures in Archer’s enterprise-level achievements (i.e. CMMI and MCP certification).
Olga Klimova joined Archer Software in 2007. Her background experience (9 years) is centered on project management, software, e-commerce and administrative roles.
Olga holds M.S. degree in Economics and Accounting (Dnepropetrovsk Technical University of Railway Transport, Ukraine) and PMP certificate of PMI.

Olga Ivanova, Head of HR
Olga holds one of the most important position here, in “Archer Software”, where we consider our team the key to our and our clients’ success. The activity of Olga and her team is dedicated to the high-quality recruitment and all the other activities in the human resources field so that our company gets best professionals available.
Olga joined Archer in 2011. With 14 years of experience (4 in PR, 10 in HR) Olga is valued high in the present conditions of the Ukraine’s IT labour-market.
Olga holds M.S. degrees in IT (Kharkiv Aerospace University, Ukraine) and Organization Management (Odessa State University, Ukraine); she also has a wide range of additional education courses passed.
