ArcherSoft Producer™

The goal of ArcherSoft Producer™ is to provide the customer with maximum control over the project(s) execution. This becomes possible when all employees write daily reports using Producer office software. Reports include description of done work, specification of tasks and hours uantity.

There is a set of tasks for each customer's projects. These tasks are defined by project manager and automatically synchronized with our MS Project server, where all timelines and resource management performed. Tasks, reports and other related information stored in the ArcherSoft Producer™ database.

Every customer receives login to area can be accessed through the web. A customer can login there at any time and control current project state. The data can be delivered different ways:

  • detailed personal reports for the period of time
  • hours data for all participants grouped by tasks
  • hours data for all participants grouped by projects.

Excel export

Export feature helps customer to export easily any of the data to MS Excel so customer can use it for his internal needs.


E-mailed reports

In addition to all that, customers get daily reports by email. They can see there all work of all their projects summarized by tasks/hours, with detailed personal reports below and open issues outlined.
